Tropp went directly after someone who had just throw a big hit on someone [Horton?] when the guy did not have the puck. Like the fire, but you can't do that until the dude has the puck.

EDIT: He did have the puck, my feed is bad, but he skated pretty far to make that hit hence the charging.

He came from a distance but he didn't actually make a stride for about 20 ft it looked like to me.
