Right there Laf got the puck on the side wall and he had space to walk into the circle and shoot, but he takes it down the wall and stays to the perimeter. There’s a timidity to our offense that is maddening. Take it to the bottom of the circle, try to throw it out front. Rinse. Repeat.

This team lacks skill, that's all there is to it. Even when fully healthy there are too many guys who have trouble making high quality plays with the puck.

I've seen some Rangers teams before where our record was better than what we did on the ice, but this is taking it to a different level. This team f***ing sucks.

Panthers are just relentless, and they're creating perceived pressure that makes our average passing game look even worse than normal.
Our offense just seems directionless - we're not a fast moving team who can create breakaways and 2-on-1s, we don't establish a grinding forecheck and we we aren't shot happy. We just kind of 'are' and hope that someone has a career year

Honestly 1-2 moves at the trade deadline are not going to turn us into a contender. We are just not there yet. Florida and Canes are lightyears ahead of us.

It's time for Drury to do something. I know as a club the Rangers are overachieving. I think it's awesome. However, we have the money and assets to obtain some things to figure what's working and what's not.

I have confidence in his ability to weed through the glaring weaknesses on this team and put a solid product on the ice these next few years. I think a lot of it starts with this deadline.

Time to cut the dead weight and bring on some solid regulars.
