Thank you, ya'll are too kind.

I'm naturally an open person, never been hesitant to express what's within, with a few exceptions of course. Part of why I signed up for the boards is my enjoyment of writing, which sadly I've neglected of late due to other commitments. I figured this would be a decent outlet to get the old fingers up and running again. The brain too... I guess. That and the fact my wife couldn't care less about hockey or sports in general, or anything I have to say on the topic. My close friends have heard me babble on enough as well, I'm sure. I say, why not subject a bunch of virtual strangers to some of it?

I also enjoy reading of other people's experiences and insights so as far as I'm concerned, feel free to share away!
Agreed and good laughs, lots of funny people on here and i love laughing.:thumbu:

What's your excuse?
The rowdiest crowd in jets 2.0 history was the new year's eve game in 2011, where we faced the Leafs - 3-2 win.

That was a crowd begging to hate the Leafs, and they got a 3-2 win.

Probably under 5 per cent Leafs fans at that game.

Row 1 in our section won free pizza, and it felt like the entire upper bowl started chanting "row 1 sucks"

I dunno, the 2018 series win against Minnesota and the game 3 comeback win vs Nashville were the loudest games I've ever been to. I thought my ear drums were going to explode both games it was so loud. But maybe they weren't "rowdy" by definition.

Actually, I keep resolving to share less and less on here. I've been here only a year and a half and I'm already up to about a thousand posts. That shows how much time I'm wasting. Unfortunately, hanging around "in the boys' locker room" has an addictive element, plus I keep finding more and more excuses to not buckle down and work.

My half-vast resolution for the new year was to contribute less to these boards. Instead, I've wound up committing to sharing two photos of myself here during the all-star break. Like that gangster movie where the guy says, "Every time I try to get out, they pull me back in." It's a wonder I don't take out a gym membership and then never go to the gym.

What does Barron have to do to get a shot at center? Or at least more ice, with talented players. Are they afraid he’ll succeed, and they’ll have to pay him too much on extension next year? Not that they have ever done that before.

I was there and it was the first and last game my wife cared to go to. It was friggin rowdy from where we were sitting. I loved the passion but she did not. Lol

I might parachute into the game feed if the Jerks are winning. I just don't have the patience to listen to the SN guys juggle the Laffs bolas all night if they're leading.

Jets are trapped imagining that Pionk is an offensive D... and that Lowry has hands. Hopefully they just plant Iafallo and Lowry in front of the net.

Yes....
