The big thing about Speer is how often the last few years the Sharks have had goalies struggle, they bench them for 2 weeks or so to "work on their game" and all of a sudden they come back and are competent.

The thing is did he really develop Kipper? Seems like he was a disaster here until moving onto Calgary. Seems like Marcoux deserves a lot of that credit.
