We have been exposed by these western teams. Not too long ago it was us who were relentless on thr puck and skating fast and the west teams were slow. Times have changed

Going to have to make some earth shattering adjustments come playoff time. The way the Wild are all over the puck is bare minimum play come the Spring.

There's no-one in the bottom 6 who looks even remotely capable of scoring.

McKegg having no idea what's going on was a perfect summation of the last 30 mins of game time

I feel like my entire life as a Rangers fan can be summarized as me trying to figure out why every other team constantly has players wide open in the slot and we never do.

The more we lose the more Gallant will realize things have to be tweaked and adjusted. Relax everyone we’re making the playoffs, just need more depth on the team and for some coaching on the details.

On one hand I want to say, we have to cut the team a break because they are down a few players and therefore have to ice half an AHL team.

On the other hand, I have to take this opportunity to point out that we are down three players and yet half our lineup are AHL or borderline AHL players.

Reaves, Hunt, Gauthier, Brodzinski, Hajek, McKegg. Jesus.

And people really want to consolidate assets for rentals! This team has a ways to go.

I don’t know if we have a physical speed problem. It’s maybe not a big strength, but I don’t think this is a slow, plodding team.

I think we have a processing speed problem. Like an old computer. We think slow, therefore we look slow. It’s been that way for SO long. Even during our deepest runs we were never a swift, crisp puck moving team.

Right now? Maybe it’s guys being so young and not fully up to NHL speed combined with guys like Reaves, Hunt, Gauthier and McKegg who aren’t exactly dynamos? I don’t know. It seems like our processors are slow, not our feet.
