At the 5 shot mark I'm wondering why we even have a goalie in net.

Starting first goal what a bozo. The worst coverage of a walk across you've ever seen from a #1 goalie. The other night Drai was stoned on the identical play and a goalie going across just sealing the net. What is Skinner even doing there.

3rd goal all Skinner has to do there is not be beat 5 hole because Mac isn't goign to have a ton of time. he gets beat 5 hold. Just leave . lol

Not just that he's already given up 3 goals in 5 shots but turns the puck over twice on bozo puck movement. He's simply worse with his stick than any pro goalie I've seen. Can't play the puck, can't poke check,

I agree with that. My fantasy is to have a tandem of _____-Skinner. That other goalie can be someone as good or even slightly worse than Skinner. He just needs to be a guy that will make the coach say "okay Skinner, you're going to have to be the backup for a little while." The coaching doesn't trust Pickard like that. It always comes back to Stu.

For sure. He is still young for a goaltender and was thrown into the nr1 position earlier than expected, has never had a guy to push him, I think that could really help him.

Bouchard and Ekholm are struggling against MacKinnon tonight. Ek got beat wide to give Mac a wide open lane as well. Thankfully shot wide. Aves skill pushing the ice.

First goal doesn't happen if Kulak doesn't flood behind the net where nothing is happening. I think Nuge was hooked by an Ave which didn't help. Need a save. But need smart, disciplined structured d against an elite, fast opponent

I'm not Knoblauch's biggest fan. His defensive system has clearly helped immensely, but McDrai make him look like better coach than he is.

They've been fine.

Draisaitl and McDavid have carved up Toews and Makar just as hard, just blackwood has been making saves.

Or, you just need a goalie that plays like a league average goaltender. Having a kid that goes from .940 to .820 is unacceptable.

You can't expect nhl teams to not get high quality chances...
