Public parking has been limited significantly there this season. I'd try the one attached to the Hilton that's across from the North Market. I've always been able to get a spot there.

Well, if he goes back to school for a senior year then we hold it for another year, if he leaves school after this year but doesn't sign by July 1, he becomes a UFA.

We get nothing. The loophole only applies to a subset of college prospects.
