This game is bittersweet...

I planned a mini-vacation with a friend to see the game in Utah. Started seeing this great woman in October and tentatively planned to go away with her instead, so I canceled my Utah plans. Then she broke up with me. No Utah. No woman. My life's a bad country song.

Was in Utah for a Qualtrics conference two years ago. You aren't missing much. Terrible food.

I don't mind losses if they are anything like the one we endured against Dallas...it is what it is, we aren't going to win them all and we certainly aren't the best team in the league. I think the fans (& definitely the folks here at HF) can recognize when a valiant effort was put forth by the team.

I hope this isn't true.

So far, nobody here has reported it. I just heard it on BPM Sports, who sighted the Swedish site. Marinaro said he will place calls to confirm if this is true. They're in commercial right now.

Unless someone covering the Habs reports if it's true or not before Marinaro returns from commercials.

Edit: Marinaro is back from commercial and Tony said he called two people, but they didn't answer.

Well, this sucks. He was having a terrific season. This kills our 4th line.

He should be healthy and ready to go after 4 Nations.

I guess Pezz is in for tonight. They'll be short a forward if Newhook can't go due to the flu.

Probably 11F, 7D. They really need to call someone up.
