That depends on the quality of shot.
You give up high quality shots and get pinned in your zone. Absolutely likely to lose.
You force them to make terrible shots from bad angles w no screens. It’s still a shot and yet you’re unlikely to lose.

We have totally rebuilt the team over the course of ~5 years and look like a playoff team moving forward... more has to be done to become a top contender, but we are on the way

Teams like Buffalo have been doing this for a decade and still can't have even a respectable season
