I doubt it's goaltending coaching. This is likely a development phase goalie area of growth or just how it will be with Skinner slow to anticipate and react with his puck handling. It's about game reps and experience. Incredible though also how weak Skinner is with his puck movement despite being a big guy.It’s absolutely glaring as well. To me this is one of the areas where a good goaltending coach would be training him to pick his spots better but it seems like Schwartz has but a big emphasis on puck moving as a goaltender even though it’s clearly not one of Skinners strong suits. He handles the puck so often but almost rarely does it help to speed up the transition up ice.
