Yep, it was a scheduled loss anyway and they were mailing it in. I don't blame em either, they've been kicking ass for a while now coming off a big road trip, and if Hintz is back next game then the coaches probably treated the Montreal game as a maintenance day for him. But honestly they didn't play that bad tonight while missing 2/3rds of our real top line (Seguin, Marchment) and our fake top line center (Hintz)Agree. Stars have been, for the most part, a team not having to deal with injuries. It’s hitting our forwards this season though and DeBoer is working with what he’s got, and not looking bad.
With the cap space Nill has I believe he gets another top-4 dman (like Tanev last season) and another top 9 forward.
