oh man I was so upset at that as a kid. I had unrealistic hopes of them beating the dynasty Oilers but then to find out guys were out getting hammered the night before.

It's fun watching him just stickhandle the puck back and forth, waiting for the defender to make a move so he can find the hole to get the pass thru him.

Wonder how many of these guys got worried about packing their bags during that Yzerman press conference when Lalonde was fired. When he got blunt and basically said "if you know a better way, let me know".. the feeling I got was, I cant trade the entire team so I changed coaches. Its nice Todd has been able to come in and have a blank slate with some of these guys, because I had lost most faith in a few of the players on the roster. Handful of games later and you realize they can play in this league, they just either were playing to get Lalonde fired or were lost in a system that wasnt working.
