Out running some errands tonight so listening to game on radio. I swear it sounded like JD was calling out Calvert in his between-period interview. Said something like "We should be ahead by two goals if Calvert can finish his chance there." I don't know, maybe it was just an innocent comment but it sure seemed pointed to me.

Wennberg looks worlds better than he did earlier in the season . He plays so smart . Getting tired of this system of no hitting and getting outshot 2 to 1 . Officials are brutal tonight

I can't stand that the game is more than halfway over and we're still sitting on 8 shots. Or that the 2nd period has been played almost entirely in our end

I'm glad I'm not the only one wondering where our hitting went. It used to be so fun to watch this team play. Now it seems not so much fun even when we win.

The tenacity and competing for the puck of last year's team is completely gone. This looks like a more historically accurate version of the Jackets. Maybe, just maybe, TR has lost "the room". This being completely outshot and out hustled game after game is getting old.

Right there with you. Everyone's talking about how we're not hitting anymore - Elliotte Friedman talked about it pre-game. It must be lingering injuries.

Savvy needs to stay out of the box. Too many penalties lately.

And Calvert's penalty-killing in this game is amazing. Great block. Killing time off the clock, getting chances. If he gets his scoring confidence back he'll get some goals.

I agree. Calvert has been great on the PK. I still envision him as a great 4th liner down the line when the offensive prospects are ready.
