When I play hockey I get sticks knocking off my shield all the time. No biggy.
An NHL player gets a stick off their shield it's like their getting JFK'd.

You know all these games where the Bruins are shelling the opposing goaltender? Many times it’s against the opposition’s backup. Just making that guy look like an absolute All-Star-for-the-Night…

When was the last time OUR goaltender looked like that? The last game that we just frustrated the hell out of our opponent because our ‘tender was a total brick wall?

Do those teams have 9 third / forth liners with stone hands shooting on the net too ?
