You don't need an elite one time threat to have a good PP though. I'll take quick puck movement and traffic all day over a PP where 1 guy can be keyed in on unless we're talking a guy like Ovi or Stamkos. Florida and Minnesota are 2 examples of teams without elite one time options yet both have very good PP's. The common denominator between them is they both move the puck fast and get bodies to the net.
Of course now Marche is one of the worst PP guys statistically, he's on this team. His PP finishing was fine up until the team's PP as a whole went to the dumps, which IMO was after Neal and Haula were gone. Those 2 were very good net front players for us in year one.
