Either the jets are really bad or the habs really turned a corner. Look so much better than the team we saw in the regular season

Having a dangerous PP makes a huge difference. They score short handed and now they score with an extra man. That hasn't been the case for years. Prime reason is CC. Gus also helps too. Having CC changes the dynamic though, he's a threat you have to pay attention to. Being able to score on special teams is making a huge difference.

With Petry out didn't expect such a good 1st period.

But Price being so good with puck control, not even a dump and chase works for the jets.

And with a 2-2-1 defensive scheme, Jets have no answer. They can't skate the puck in our zone and they can't set up with dump and chases.

This team is night and day from tje team that played the 1st 4 games of these playoffs. And they seem to be getting better!!
