The winning allows people to ignore it but I’ll
keep saying it. This ranger team is scary scary scary soft.

This team aint built for the playoffs. Need some serious grinders at the deadline.
I don't think we are SOFT like 3-4 years ago soft. This team lacks intelligence

I will admit, I don't know what I used to know with hockey. The season is long and I'm more interested in football and golf now a days.

But good god why is it almost every other team looks so structured in the D zone and we are just out there chasing and waving at guys? And why have we lost all semblance of what we did the first 15 games?

This defense is worse than what we saw with Gallant, when we had figured it out those first 15 games
So much this. We looked great defensively for the first few weeks. What the hell happened?

Ok? That’s hockey. There are more nights when Igor makes those saves than not.

How about his team play f***ing defense in front of him. We are getting brain dead hockey from the Top 4.
I thought he would work himself back into form but he looks like he regressed

Drury is going to have to trade Wheeler so Lavi stops playing him on that line.

A la Billy Beane trading Peña.

"The new 3rd jersey specially designed to represent the streaking of opponents' jersey stipes as they skate around our defenders and roof it on Shesterkin. This is iconic."

Lindgren-Fox so f***ING bad. So bad.

They have possession inside the opponent’s blueline and Fox decides to dish the puck to the less offensively talented Lindgren who simply turns the puck over ending possession.

Then on the same shift, even though you could try to blame Kreider for passing the puck back, Lindgren flips a puck carelessly for an easy change of possession again. When he and Fox desperately needed a change.

Lindgren just has to go. He is a net negative
What do you mean try to blame Krieder? You and I both saw that we needed a defensive change. They get the puck to Krieder at our blue line and what does he do? He throws it back behind our net.

Horrible play by Miller on the Boeser goal. Trouba sucks but that's on Miller.

The other one was on Schneider. Gustafsson was forced to abandon his position because Schneider got beat by a guy doing precisely nothing. He didn't even make a move. He literally skated forward and went right past Schneider.

It's hard and they don't wanna. Same story as always when they do the same soft shit they can mitigate with normal ass NHL level effort and physicality.

Igor could be better but the Rangers are giving up tremendous looks, soft defense down low, getting beat up the ice off the rush. Rangers transition defense has been horrendous for the past 30 games. Outside of the Panarin line there’s no sustained offense. And the offense they do generate is high risk, never cycling from down low.

Pidto doing the 150 in the hallway means they took away the studio again?
