Caps blocked shitload shots man

Pasta been playing injured & it's been no secret
Well, if he's injured, he shouldn't be playing. That is if he's actually injured.
I'm not a big fan of Pasta, so I tend not to give him an excuse.

Swayman gave up 2 goals and he's to blame? How about the Forwards misfiring?
What a misdirected take.
My only complaint with J-SWAY is he doesn't shoot enough.

The only difference I observe in Pasta's play compared to previous years is his shots aren't going past the goalie. The league is now quite aware of his one-timer and has closed that scoring opportunity, which was a big part of his scoring.
As for the rest of his game it's weak. It's always been weak.

As the Marchands and Geekies of this club go, so go the results.

There are times where they look more than competent offensively.

There are times they look anemic.

Cannot honestly expect them to do much in the playoffs with this cast up front. Nor do I see a path to add anyone who moves the needle significantly.

They are being impacted significantly by Pastrnak's lack of goal scoring to this point.
Guy should normally have 6 more goals at this point. That's worth probably 2-3 points
in the standings. DeBrusk took offense with him they clearly haven't replaced.

It seems he has missed the net more on prime chances.

It's a mystery to me why Pasta, Frederic, Coyle, Carlo and Swayman's seasons have been so far below expectations,
Pasta has some type of nagging injury (my bet is lower body/groin). Frederic is not finding chemistry with his ever-changing linemates, Coyle is picking up lately, Carlo is just Carlo(he’s never going to be who many HF’ers want him to be).
Sway missed all of camp by holding out and IMO misses(in a different way)Linus as his partner and true buddy, although Korpi has been a good surprise (thanks again goalie Bob).

Teams are probably interested because they think they can get Freddy cheap. Because, ya know, he's been lousy this season.

Isn't gonna be a bidding war.
You might be right, but I did not say there would be, what I was trying to say is if there is enough is enough interest then try and create a market, not sure are not right, but a good GM, should be trying to do so. If they could get him going again, it would help the cause, I would not give him away though, and I know you will not agree with me, but if needed and possible, sign him with a limited NTC. I know he will be a FA, but take nothing for granted.

People blaming Swayman and never played nets in their life 🙄

The team keeps trying to feed him even though he's covered. Like I said before, this team doesn't seem to learn from their mistakes! Coaches continue to put players in positions to fail. Geekie is a third liner, Brazzeau is a passable second liner or a good third liner, Chuckie should never see PP time, Freddy should be in the ECHL.

You cannot win many games when scoring zero or one goal in a game, but they were playing pretty well, maybe a timely save might have helped, but who knows.
How many games this year did we score in the first few minutes to be the only goal in the game? Only one I can remember winning and Swayman stood on his head to get the win 1 to 0. The goalies are the only real positive this season and the only positive for this game was the Chuckie hit on Chycrin.

It was a hard fought hockey game.
