Ras drives me nuts when he just shovels the puck in a random direction even when he has time to make a play.

I think there's actually some truth to it, I don't think he was that blunt but that was his basic coaching mentality with his stupid shell, dump and chase, and chipping pucks out of the D zone.

There was a press conference early in the season, don't remember after which game, but I sensed some bad air between Kane, and Lalonde's choice of tactics.
The best case scenario is Blash and Lalonde were truly lemons and wings haven’t had a competent coach in the Seider era. We can hopefully start to reevaluate our guys because we’ve always thought these guys should be better

Yzerman tells Lalonde he wants a defense first structure so Lalonde just talks defense fundamentals for 2 years where I think their comes a point of over coaching when it comes to professional athletes. It’s like all they practiced was D zone coverage
