Agree.... I have no clue other than a coaching way of justifying Morin... Skille is a proven commodity but not on the first line...

Fantastic how lucky we got. IIRC, Howson wanted to trade for Lindback but Nashville didn't want to trade him within the division and instead sent him to Tampa for basically the same deal we were offering. Then Howson settled for Bobs.

Imagine where we would be right now if Howson had gotten his man instead of settling!
