1- Because we got clowned by Rempe a few games ago and the team decided they wanted an enforcer type in the lineup(and the only forward that's willing to play that style of game is 5'9").
2- "Reps" isn't going to help Perunovich defend at an NHL level, and Fowler is MUCH better on the PP.

Not saying Tucker is the right guy to plug into that spot(it should be Kessel) but Perunovich isn't the answer either.
