I really don't understand how hockey players, who practice almost every day for 15-20 years, can't improve their wristshot. I can't believe that no one is able to teach them different mechanics either.

You’d be surprised how little players train to improve anything other than basic fitness.

I speak with a European football coach and he paints a pretty bad picture.

Not sure why the 3rd pair is always matched with Dach's line. That's a whole lot of bad players defensively at the same time.

Dach was the first man back. Savard/X were way too high and both are slow skaters...and X was too high because there was zero options on the other side for Dach with Laine at the net and Newhook being on Dach and Savard.

In other WTF was Newhook doing, he was even out skated by Whitecloud who's top speed is barely above league average according to NHL Edge.
