GO Jackets! Play hard. Make us proud!

No Predictions on this one.

You Jackets fans should be proud already! I know, I would be.

Anyway......u guys excited yet?

This is a "must watch" game tonight and my Rangers aren't even playing in it.

I'm having serious mixed feelings here. Ordinarily, I would be rooting against ANY TEAM that is in 1st place within striking distance for my Rangers. Not so much here. I would like the opportunity for us the knock you guys down a couple of notches, with absolutely no disrespect meant.

If you lose tonight it kind of will be anti-climatic when we face you next game, even may mean an easier victory, as the sails will have been deflated and might be difficult to get back on the horse, but I'm choosing the more difficult route......a game with the nhl record on the line.

Either way, u guys should be very proud of what your team has already accomplished. Not many instances in which you go a whole calendar month without a loss!

CBJ have 6 players with 25 points or more. Caps have 3.

Jackets PP at 28.3%. Caps at 17.2%. CBJ operating 64% more efficiently than Washington on the man advantage.

The team will have some nerves too, it won't last long though....

Go Jackets!!!!!!!

The nerves are a nice byproduct of this game. I say that because it adds an element not dissimilar to what they may feel in their first playoff game later this year.

As a Caps fan, it pains me to say this but...I hope you guys win it in OT tonight. I just want history to look back and see CBJ as the titleholder of longest win streak over the Pens.

Here's to hoping for a really good, hard fought, entertaining, and potentially historical game! Cheers Jackets fans.

Capitals 3rd line:
Brett Connolly 4-1-5
Lars Eller 3-4-7
Andre Burakovsky 4-10-14

Capitals 4th line:
Daniel Winnik 5-4-9
Jay Beagle 6-8-14
Tom Wilson 2-2-4

Columbus is going to vaporize the Capitals. Capitals will take 6 more penalties like they did against Toronto on Tuesday evening.

Columbus 5-0. Bob with the shutout.

CBJ winner 4-2.
In keeping with my recent tradition, superstition, whatever the reason, I defer to others who have already identified (or will identify) the goal scorers.

JUST WIN BABY!

I hope it goes to 30 rounds in the shootout and Bob comes out of his net with his goalie stick and scores the game winner so all of the deniers can put another asterisk on this great journey that our team has given us :sarcasm:

Good luck to our team.

I am going to superstitiously continue to not follow any superstition and just enjoy how the team's doing. :D

Go Jackets!
