Had some Cantonese honey char siu with spinach and millet yesterday for dinner and ended up with terrible runs throughout the night. Not sure what was off because everything was fresh. So tonight I'm having the same thing except I'm swapping out the spinach and seeing if that was what made me sick. Something to keep an eye on throughout the game. Really hoping I did a poor job washing the spinach cus otherwise I'm going to be sick again.
