Team looks like it’s turning a corner, just hope it’s not bad timing given the holidays.

At the least they have gone a significant way to removing that bad taste in their m
from their first 18 games.

They were fortunate last year with injuries but not so much this year. Lindholm and Pastrnak injuries definite concern, so going to need guys to really step up. So far
Geekie and Lindholm stepping up and hopefully they stay with Coyle on RW.

If Pasta is out over a week, who comes up and why?

We may have caught them on a back-to-back, but we beat a top-three team and killed a major with the score 1-1 in the process, good job. Two points behind the Leafs and avoiding the turmoil affecting certain other teams in the East.

Looks like Pittsburgh is making a push now. Crosby, Rust and Rakell lighting it up. D will be their issue, but they have talent who can carry their O. Since they beat Boston
Black Friday they have played well.

Impressive win. Bruins put on a defensive clinic.

Marchand-Lindholm-Coyle looks great. Lindholm is playing better, Marchand and Coyle have chemistry. I think we got a legit 2nd line.

Zadorov-McAvoy also looks great. Mac played 24 minutes, Zadorov 21, +3

I thought Coyle played RW one year with Parise on LW with good production? Parise played a gritty but skilled style like Marchand. Don't know if Koviu was Coyle's center.

I am still smiling this morning! I am so proud of the boys for killing the 5 minute major and then winning the game. That was a gutsy win, down two forwards, and I loved Brad's nonchalant EN.

Santa to Tom Wilson and the dirty Caps:

Bruins with Sacco 118 point pace wins Pres Trophy

However

Florida
Tampa
Leafs (hate to say)
Canes
Caps
Devils

All 6 plus Bruins good to very good

Bruins get healthy I’d put in top 4 in Conference of 16 which is all you can really ask

Be entertaining and like the team and be healthy and playing in playoffs

I was waiting to see how they do against better teams to guage the turnaround and this was a pleasant surprise. The effort for a full 60 minutes was lacking from the team the first 20 games.

I said they needed to play to their strengths before that time frame. Keep it simple, all pucks at the net and do not be fancy. They are not a high scoring hi-lite reel team but a blue collar team.

The stars are leading and we found a line that got Coyle and Lindy going. Marshy has been fantastic. Geekie is back, Zad is keeping it simple. If somehow they can add another scorer the team can be a dark horse. Keep playing and supporting each other on the ice and use your speed and size.

It was where great coaching mets smart hockey

It was 180 degrees from dumb unstructured hockey of October early November

The only downer was Sweeney 2 big signings were outstanding and all the complainers upset

It's a headscratcher as I watched a fair amount of the Blues' games lately. Maybe its Claude's influence, but it sure seems Monty wanted out of here. I fail to see another explanation, but what do I really know.

We have something legit twith Lindholm, Brad and Coyle. Game on the line, they are there, down one or up one.

Pasta's rib or shoulder has to heal. Period. See you in Feb. Without his one-timer, he's, well not a liabilty with PPG of 1.0 but . . .

Oesterle unpectacularly eating up minutes until Hampus comes back. Pleasant surprise.

I just don't understand what TFred's game is . . . slower and lower IQ Heinen?

Team (and us) dislike WASH with heat of 1000 suns. Didn't like Lindholm chirping Caps bench after the goal, but the cross check and chirping suggest something lit a fire under him. A mean Lindholm makes me smile come playoff time!
