Deserve better in this period. Inexcusably soft play in front of the net on their first goal. Blown coverage that cross seamer was available for that whole shift. Will be interesting to see how the minutes are divided for this one

I thought the same thing when I saw Fischer out there, but he skated out and planted himself right in front of the goalie. I don't hate that idea.
