This is a very interesting game so far … Colorado leaving it all in the ice .. Utah playing more positional .., not winning as many puck battles

I can see Colorado tiring out , which may help Utah as the game goes on . Because they should have plenty of energy left

They're quite painstaking and tedious to make, and especially time-consuming. I cut the prep time nearly in half by using a shortcut eventually to make aspic out of store bought stock and powdered gelatin, instead of boiling down pork neck bones. I can share the rest of the recipe if you like.

How long do you microwave it for?

I had to look up aspic too. I think this recipe is a bit too Everest for me
