Perry has done more as a vet in 30games than Weber since he joined on the ice as being a leader on ice .

Sadly I think you are right , he's a good player but in my opinion the default line to be admitted in the HoF has been lowered badly in those last years , + he's aging horribly.

KK was good this period. Got trapped in his zone once by the coverage and a dangerous pass in the high slot. 7 got a good goal. Playing centre is a different beast. Point-wise, not a big difference between them, and KK plays less + is a centre.

I have seen Tkachuk in a few fights now, so far he swings first mostly because the other guy does not know its a fight yet. Lets see how he does next time he takes on Weber when Weber expects the fight. sneak first shot wont help Tkachuk then.

It was a draw. 7 got clocked once and dropped to his knee. Weber was ready for another bomb, but doesn't hit a guy down, waited for him to get up and he did. Webs was evidently tired and the kid got a couple in, but no damage and got weber on the net, because the old man was simply tired.

People expecting Weber to be Chara need to get their expectations lowered a bit. He's not a great fighter, but his Sherwoods hurt players. Don't believe otherwise.

He is slow now unfortunately. But that's because of the wear and tear. Guy played a lot of hockey.

I am not saying it in the sense of if we had picked him over KK. I just like what that type of player brings to a team, he would be very useful in the playoffs, he has a screw loose and would do anything for his team.
