Just a couple of points since this year-removed Presidents trophy winner is currently on the outside of the playoff race looking in.

Kreider has not averaged less than a half a point per game since his rookie season under Tortorella. This season he's on pace for around 25 goals and 32-33 points.

The PP is currently in the bottom half of the league at under 20%. Last year we finished 3rd at 26% plus. That puts us about 6-7 goals down from where we were last season assuming the same number of minutes on the man advantage.

Our PK has been great, but it was quietly top 3 last year too.

We've allowed the third most shots per game in the league behind two perennial basement dwellers. Advanced stats indicate a lot of these are good scoring chaces as a proportion.

Mika Zibanejad is on pace for roughly 15 goals and 50 points, and a -45. Those are Alexander Daigle/ Alexei Yashin ES numbers.

Even Chytil's offense is down of late. He's at under .5PPG.

Laf has been discussed.

Literally the only veteran who has been as good as expected has been Panarin. Everyone else has ranged from 'down year' (Fox, Trocheck, Smith) to 'would be better off replaced by Cuylle, Mancini and Vesey' (Kreider, Zib, Miller, Lindgren)

You can only unplug and re-plug in this computer so many times before it's time to send the hard drive to a tech who won't judge you for what's on it, and move on.

Good thing I am working from home today, so I can subject myself to this live!

Didn't get to watch yesterday's game because it was once again on NHL Network. But it's a good thing I didn't get to!

Plenty of blame to go around, and assigning blame becomes more difficult because of the Night of the Long Knives with Gorton and JD.

But the one guy I don't blame is Laviolette. Not because I think he's an amazing or terrible coach, but becuase I think there's very little he can do in this situation.

I do know about that, but I've always found the lack of holidays and time off to be just as bizarre from a European POV.

Like right now, I'm 3 weeks off from work, and that is not even covered in my annual vacation days. Just a combination of public holidays (5 days), and 10 days of annual earned free time off. So on top of that I will also have 1 week of winter vacation, and 4 weeks during the summer.

And I'm just a regular blue collar factory worker with a pretty shitty salary.
We'll need another revolution or civil war before we even come close to something like that.

Why even bother? The vets will just make that coach do whatever they want like they did the previous 3 coaches.

The core is rotten, that needs to be removed before a coaching change.
Maybe the next coach will actually possess a scrotum and demote these losers , try something different, i know it’s a crazy idea .

And just because you get a new coach doesn’t mean you can’t still look to ship some of these bozos out anyway

It is a 6-22 hour wait here in our community when out patients is even open . It is a sad state of affairs .
I dont know my wifes cousin in Austria is having some heart issues with a valve not closing fully. He is around 80.

They said they can see him for an exam in early February.

I would gladly wait 6-22 hours instead of 6 weeks.
