Probably worked a day shift at a factory before playing at night.

Impressive strength to go along with Justin Barron's neck.
I'm always as equally impressed by this guy.....

We're going to fall back to the bottom of the league real quick next month.

We have a pretty terrible record against decent teams and our schedule between now and the January is brutal.
We should be a little bit better than early in the season though, getting rid of Barron is huge and Laine and Carrier help

Clear sign that they’ve crossed over from a development to a win first mindset.
Pretty big hole they made for themselves in the first 15 games of the season, but yes, the moment they started to play better and play more constant over all 60 minutes, it seems that a switch happened.

I also think they don't want to mess with Laval this year since they are in a good position. So if they do get a replacement for Primeau, it will be from outside the org.

Last time (it was actually 5 in a row), was right after Marty was named HC in the 2021-2022 season. You need to go the 2018-2019 season for the non-new HC booster sequence.

More than 5 games in a row, the 2016-2017 season...

Great, we will be able the revive the ''Marty winning streak edition'' thread

If they don’t fall apart and are competing for a playoff spot, I think that’s when they’ll grab a backup or promote Hughes. Then I’m thinking Primeau gets sent down. I can’t see a team wanting him unless he puts together a few good games. He has to play again at some point unless they make a move right after the freeze. The Habs schedule gets tough and Monty will have a lot more work.

Nothing weird about it, Pezz isn't good enough to replace anyone on the line-up without an injury to a forward.
I meant weird because of lack of injuries, although he should’ve played instead of them calling Roy up. That move made no sense.

I think playing Monty in back to backs means the end for Primeau. Something likely happens before the 28th. Prancers and Lightning the 28th and 29th. Monty isn't going to play both games.
