Yes we can blame Sammy. Every high danger shot goes in on him, good goalies save them more often than not.

Honestly, none of the goals were bad. The team made a few dumb plays and gave CBJ glorious chances.

However, teams make mistakes and allow chances. Your goalie needs to save some of them, especially on only 11 shots.

The defense has been garbage. How about not letting point blank chances?

Every single team gives up multiple of those chances against every game. Not every goalie gives up 4 goals on 11 shots

100% Keefe's decision. He has done this before. He's always been very reluctant to pull goalies

Send Sammy to the minors he’s done. Sammy will be back in the KHL in 2025. Same team will give him a year deal and see that he’s not an NHL goalie and that’s it’s for his NHL career.

Why would management dictate who the goalie is?

I think we can say it is a wasted signing already so management already looks bad, but 3 bad signings and 9 million in wasted cap is not a good look.

Don't think they are refusing to call up Hildeby, but that is the option.. do you try to salvage the 3.5 million goalie or just bring up Hildeby? I'm on board with Hildeby at this point.
