If these refs were around in 2011, the B's would never have seen 5x5 time.

Funny how different it was. I watch the Bruins classics on NESN+ sometimes. They show a lot of games from the 2010-2011 season and I see a 'nowadays penalty' what seems like every few seconds.

i feel like this gets lost a lot when talking about this past offseason - we had, by no means, an open checkbook.

and a lil regression from lindholm and a big one from jd ... lots of unexpected stuff this year for us to be in first.
