The result of this game thus far doesn't surprise me in the least. The Kings have difficulty when playing these "trap" games like last Saturday against Buffalo.

It's the NHL, any team on any given night, can beat another team.

There really isn't any, truly dreadful teams (maybe the Ducks) :)

no slight to Looch, but they need to realize he is JUST a little slower then they are planning, cause thats like the 4th puck they have put just out of reach of him.

As Carter goes, so goes the Kings. Kopitar needs to step it up on offense with Carter banged up.

I think it's more of an issue of the team performing up to their level, feels like the Kings are in cruise control, one of those games where they don't have to go "all out" like they do when playing against a Chicago for example.

I mean, again, let's not underestimate fatigue here. Cant' say tonight is a lack of heart or anything, just haven't finished on grade A chances and having focus issues with a bouncing puck.

I think it's just focus, Kings have been chasing the game since OTT. Also doesn't help that A few guys are nursing injuries.

Personally I hate it. I can't see the puck and it's constantly moving. It could be better if instead of left to right it's over the ice behind the goalies so it moves forward and backwards.

That cable cam angle blows. They need to use the behind the net and high corner cams more instead.

Feels like Bernier is gonna get his first win.

McNabb should have picked up a penalty near the end there. Then again, so should the clown that cleaned out Doughty right after when he never touched the puck.
