Too bad, I haven't had the pleasure of one of your streams but I read all of the good reviews.
I did find an AZ stream if anyone needs it.
If you had told me before the season started that Murphy was going to be called up early on in the season and get this kind of ice time, I'd have tried to get you committed to a mental institution.
People love to give biz crap for being a bad player, but he has really stepped up his game. I remember going to a practice in October and thinking he looked so much faster and more agile than before.
He has been pretty good. Like an actual hockey player and not a goon. Not a great one of course, he still belongs on the fourth line, but his ice time has been deserved, definitely.
His lack of points doesn't tell the story, I think he's unlucky to not have more, even.
Cane's look much better tonight than earlier in the season. The look much more motivated and seem to be finding an identity. I was never able to pinpoint them but they seem to be playing similarly to the Red Wings.
Maybe I'm just more introspective, but my solution to your August hypothetical is to House-On-Haunted-Hill myself and just end it because Murphy started as ... the ... #11 defenseman?
