I understand you post on message boards and are entitled to your opinion, but I say we go with what Dave Tippett thinks instead of Vipassana or any other posters on this site.
can't help but think of Billy Smith when the islanders come to town.... wonder if anyone's given thought to a Billy Smith hat trick.... our Smith is just the guy to do it.

It's not about being the best player, it's about being the right one. Kennedy + Hanzal + Vrbata has been a very good line. Dave Moss hasn't exactly been a first line scorer his career, but him + Doan + Ribeiro works pretty well, eh?
to be honest, GGMDM kinda ruins it because he does such a great job. on the other hand being an armchair gm for the islanders would be fun.
I watched it and he was fantastic. I agree 100% without a goalie we would've lost.

I think they're trying to get him a couple points tonight to get his ppg back up to .5

While Tim Kennedy is not in my opinion, or apparently anyone elses around here, a top six forward.... the tone towards him seems to be disrespectful of the great job he's done with the current role asked of him.

Why call up Brule to have him sit? Brule > Kennedy in my opinion. Anyways hope for a good game that will impress all any new comers. Be good if it was a dominant win like the season opener. However, I would settle for any type of win.
