That wasn't the line. They iced it at the middle of what was a needed line-change. That unit got stuck out there thanks to Brendan Smith.

I'm not blaming Quinn or any of the coaching staff on this. In the end, it's about the managment. Quinn wants to keep his job, he wants to win games. Playing Buch and Kreider over Laf and Kakko is the way to right now if you want wins.

Gorton made a big mistake resigning Kreider instead of trading him. Now obviously this is in hindsight, he didn't know we were going to draft Laf.

We just have way too many skilled wingers and not enough positions for them. I'm scared that they will trade Kakko or Kravtsov before Buch or Kreider.
