I also have a huge crush on Comtois. Could have had him instead of Westerlund.

Thought the other day about trading Keller for Comtois. It would not be smart. But boy would it feel awesome for a moment or two. Lol.

Actually been watching the last half a period-ish of that game (still in the first, Avs up 2-0). Avs sticking up for each other, offense makes sense with legitimate top end talent (MacK to Raantanen at the end of the first was a pretty goal), they collapse around their crease as appropriate which was surprising (but appropriate when they did it, I thought they were too offensive to do something like that).

I feel like they've bought into the team concept. But also they have really good players who have bought in, that matters too.

We have a long way to go to get there. And think about it, they're one of 3 or four legitimate cup favorites, they're not head / shoulders above teams like TBL, Vegas etc.

imo we have quite a ways to go. Playing in the same league... but are we really? Not entirely sure
