It's not about losing, it's how they play. There seems to be very little structure and players seem like they're rookies learning the system every game. It's clearly a coaching issue. I point back again to 2 seasons ago where the Pens missed the playoffs, because they got owned by the 2 worst teams in the league the last 2 games of the season. The players don't play hard for Sullivan, they've given up on his message many times. Compare that to under Bylsma where every player skated hard and knew what they doing even when he got arrogant with his coaching.
