The first line isn't getting scored on, but they are not scoring.
The second line is scoring, but giving-up goals.
The third and 4th lines are a black hole of offense

This is a losing recipe.

Stoll has just been there, not good or bad.

At least he is not gettting killed in the face off Circle like Kopi has been.

Kopi might create something, if he would stop losing(critical) draws.

This is one of the worst games I've ever seen Voynov play. That pairing looks horrible right now, Voynov is fighting the puck and Mitchell looks 74 years old.

Muzzin you just have to take the good with the bad, I still like him more than Martinez.

Clifford is just awful, just expect awful from him every game and he never lets down, I just hope Sutter doesn't move him up anytime soon, because lord knows he will never be benched, spo just hope he stays on line 4.

See...your seeing the exact same game as me. Cept on Clifford. You have this deep seeded hatred that won't let you see he has actually been playing a pretty good bottom 6 game. Took the body a few times. Even set up Nolan on a nice break, but his linemates butcher the offense even more than he does;)

You seriously going to blame the 2nd line for Doughty being an idiot and turning it over? Cause that's ridiculous. They are the only ones doing anything consistent on offense and they haven't done anything wrong on defense either in this game. They aren't the ones passing it to the Rangers and taking dumb penalties.

Carter made that awesome back check, then handed it to Drew (like he is suppose too) Drew put it right on a Rangers stick....LOL.


I bet Richards/Carter were thinking "Really Drew ? , Really ? "

See, this is what I'm talking about about people on this board. People are just making **** up in order to vent.

Last game Kopitar won 61.9 % of his faceoffs. He led the team in shots. Today he's leading the team in shots as well. Is it his fault he's not scoring? Where is the screens? Where is the rebounds? If you are averaging 5 shots a game you should be earning stats. Brown even admitted he's not moving due to the brace. Williams has been setting up shop on the outside the last three games. Who is going to do the work if Kopitar is taking matters in his own hands? Also, isn't everyones old complaint about Kopitar is that he isn't shooting the puck and is too passive?

As bad as Doughty and Voynov have been, this is what we should expect. When your D composition is paper thin offensively and you insist on the ever predictable SHD-PMD pairing, you get plays like Doughty and Voynov being double triple teamed and forced into turnovers. Not necessarily this game - they've both been bad on their own.

Unfortunately Dean and Darryl have put this team in a position in the position that if one of Doughty/Voynov have a bad game the rest of the D isn't good enough to make up for it.

Just not a big fan of this team comp. The D isn't deep, Richards still doesn't have a top six LW, and the bottom six is a joke. And we're right up against the cap. Ew.

LOLOLOL if you think the Kings D is paper thin offensively, you need to take a look around the league. There can't be to many teams that have a better collection of 3 offensive Dmen then the Kings. Only Chi/STL/Wpg I can think of off the top of my head.

Shoot he had that many shots ? Any of them Dangerous ? I don't remember a single one.
 
What happened to the team that was able to cycle the puck and wear down the opposition? Now it seems like most of the time they're glued towards the boards with little puck movement.

And that was a damn strong play to cut to the net by Clifford.

You can stop with "people on this board" generalization garbage. I can't remember one scoring opportunity from Kopi this year at even strength

Richards and Carter have been on the ice for 7 goals against this season through not even 3 full games. I'm not even faulting them because they have answered it back offensively, but it's an adventure on the ice everytime that line is out there, sometimes good, sometimes bad. And as I type this, same thing.
 
I wish they would go back to calling interference when a d-man takes away the forwards lane when the puck is dumped in. That **** bugs the hell out of me.

You're right, we're just really thin on solid young defensive defenseman.

I can say whatever the hell I want when it's true. This board, like any other fan board, is overwhelming with venom. People always make stuff up and use certain players as an avenue for the venting anger. It's like their therapy session.
