Also, I heard about the new rules and everything regarding blackouts for gamecenter. Can someone who subscribed, if anyone did, tell me if the blackouts still apply to those within FSO restrictions? If not I'll definitely buy the package but I don't understand the new rules quite yet. Thanks!

This is my first season with GCL and I don't have blackouts. I'm currently in Canton, OH. I got lucky though, east of Akron is considered Root Pittsburgh local area so I think that's why I'm not blacked out. Oddly, I can still get FSO though, if I had cable.

I believe the rest of Ohio is FSO blackout. You can type your zip code into the GCL FAQ and it'll tell you what your home network is.
