The B's just lost back to back home games to bottom feeders.

Colorado just lost in record breaking fashion in Montreal tonight.

Now we go to Poutineville :help:

Way too many plays die because our defense can't get a point shot through. Especially McQuaid and Miller

There 3-11 against teams currently in a playoff spot. There is a very solid chance that they lose out all this week given the **** poor effort on display in Boston.

On pace for 90 points...

My mom asked me tonight if its unusual for McQuaid to not be able to hit the net at all, she thought players in the NHL should be able to shoot the puck towards the net... can't say shes wrong lol

really not sure what the grand plan is or if it's even worth firing Clode or trying to make some trades first.

Just not sure what to make of this team...but we got some deep issues that have been masked by Pasta and Rask.

Cant believe people actually pay to go watch this team...but I guess you are paying for the atmosphere/experience and expensive cheap beer at this point. Definitely not for goals or excitement.

Hope we dont implode during this tough stretch.

Part of me thinks we are gonna win a few of these big games vs the tough teams coming up which will tease us will flashes of hope...but Im not sure Im gonna continue getting duped by this team.

Have Jack and Brick had their jobs threatened? The level of roseyness out of the two of them is nauseating. It'd be nice if we could have any sort of professional opinion on NESN that gave a somewhat unbiased and honest opinion.

This almost gets me more angry than the Bruins on ice play. They are living in there own little world and think that all the viewers are just oblivious idiots.:rant::rant::rant::rant::rant:

So we should win that game by 5 and break Price in the process?

The only thing that keeps me from losing it is that if the B's miss the playoffs again there will finally be meaningful change starting with the coach. For now, let's waive Hayes & Nash, send Czarnik back to the AHL, hope to god that both McQuaid and K. Miller aren't in the lineup together, fire the PP coach, start every PP with Pastrnak and Marchand. A few more embarrassing losses like this and especially the Colorado game and something big is going to go down.

I wouldn't bet your house on it.

My thought is that firing Clode will bring in a new voice and create a spark in a desperate lineup. I look to Pitt as my source. Fired their coach and went on to win the cup.

Why continue with a very flawed endeavor. I know it is more work but it should be vs playoff teams at the time. This list is just hindsight ********.

You've got it summed up pretty well. Stand pat, status quo, follow last year and the year before's pattern and finish on the outside looking in while they try and develop as many of the prospects as possible for the 2018-2019 season.

While they charge some of the highest ticket prices, parking prices and pay multiple players 6-7 million a year.

True but Pittsburgh has better players so that wouldn't work here.

Pittsburgh was barely a playoff team under Johnston with their undesired play. Sully made a big difference over there. The Bruins really don't have much to lose. Fans want to be entertained. Julien's style is very boring and the message is stale.

I wouldn't bet your house on it.

There is no chance Julien survives a 3rd consecutive year of missing the playoffs. The owner is already on record as saying that this team should be able to make a deep playoff run or something to that effect.
