I thought it was "done like toast", and then when we played the Habs it was "done like French toast".
It's "down East" and "out West".
Basically if you're not from Ontario you're "down and out".
This is very true and I'm guilty of it. "Out West" is actually apt though and there's some historical significance to saying "down East": the Atlantic provinces are all at the lower end of the St. Lawrence which is basically what we built our country around originally.
