This Florida trade is looking worst thatn Kadri for Kerfoot trade by the Leafs

Tkachuk wasn't signing in Calgary for more than a year.
The issue might be the contract Huberdeau got, not the trade itself.

Calgary stunk yesterday. They are a few wins out of a wild card spot. They’ll come out desperate and aware of the national spotlight in Toronto, also Kadri returning with Flames will be his hard playing self.

Need to wear them down and keep their good players asleep. Expect the usual big game from x flames Giordano and Brodie.

Simmonds in to keep the goofy stuff at bay.

Ah Calgary. The one Canadian team whose fanbase isn’t overly combative or annoying towards us. The team itself is full of greaseballs still even with Tkachuk gone, but at least online we won’t have an army of douchey Flames fans.

Ugh, the season where Captain Clutch decided we weren't going out so easily and tied Game 6 late in the game against Philly only to see Jeremy-friggin'-Roenick put a dagger in our hearts in OT. Why are so many of my NHL memories built around sorrow and depression?

I thought it was "done like toast", and then when we played the Habs it was "done like French toast".
