Leafs fan here. Barely touched him IMO. Lost an edge and an unfortunate outcome, but nothing even remotely dirty about it.

The end of his stick literally brush the toe of his skate but he was going into that no matter what, lost an edge, the stick wasn't the main reason he lost it, it just gave it the final push, if thats a penalty then they may as well be playing touch.

Watching on CBC, not sure if NESN has different angles. Looked pretty clear that it was teh stick that caused him to fall. Announcers commented on it as well.
