they somehow play worse but win 2-1 and Galant still angry at the team and Dolan does not allow Gallant to give his post game speech leading to speculation
 
Completely my perception, but I'm starting to think maybe there's 2 camps in the room. Whose captain and who should have been captain, (Trouba/Kreider) and then the kids and some others in no mans land trying not to piss either side off.

Then again, maybe I'm hittin the pain relievers too early...don't judge!

You mean Buchnevich hat trick tonight. Former Rangers usually do well vs their old team. good luck. Is Barbashev available since the Rangers just drafted his younger brother? Rangers can use a skilled forward with grit. Rangers are soft and Blais is awful and always hurt, stupid PK Slewfoot

I will copy a little post that I did in the Gerard Gallant conversation of the "camps" I believe are present, but I did leave out the team trouba/team kreider camps that likely are present as well:

Being a high-level hockey player myself, when a room is divided its hard to become undivided without a coaching change. Players see how they are being treated differently without reason, guys become frustrated and start talking, tension boils and guys start going at eachother and forming smaller subsets within a team. Its poisonous.

I would have to assume there is a set of guys internally frustrated with being held accountable when no one else is, and not getting their earned opportunities just because a guy is paid more than them. There is likely also another set, with possibly overlap, frustrated at the coaches for giving other guys chances over them because of salary or age and not merit. And additionally, I would not be surprised if lower down the lineup guys that provide on-ice and dressing room leadership (Goodrow and Lindgren) are frustrated with the leadership group and the coaching staff for lack of self-accountability and sacrifice and accountability in general.

Wow haven’t seen tickets this cheap in a while. You can sit in the 200s for 80 bucks. Tempting but then again I’ll be able to ruin my night just fine from the couch.

It's just been a bad year for both teams so far. I hope this is the game the turns the season around for at least one of us. Blues are mentally broken right now. One goal goes in, two more follow. Rangers just look angry and upset from what I've seen. I hope both teams turn it around soon.
