Squeezed a W out against another bad team but a win is a win. Detroit players must all weigh 100 pounds with how easy they all fall over. Also Nikita Zadorov is a menace to society.
The Detroit Red Wings are a very unlikable team

I was surprised at how much they dived last season, but they're right back at it again this season ...although they're not fooling the refs as much this year

..their Bond villain coach must having diving practices closed to the public

Good win. What are we, 5-2 under Sacco? Against crap, sure, but better than 2-5.
Who’s our next victim?

Here come the Hawks(Wed. on TNT).

Coaching bumps are a thing, I guess, Monty is off to a decent start as well, and the Blues are beating the Jets on the road as we speak. Time will tell regarding Sacco's future, but credit where credit is due, 5-2 so far, and they could have had points in all seven.

At least they're winning the games they should win.
They dominated Canucks and lost - pens game they gave away

Blew chance to start 7-0 for Sacco Magic and be in first or right there even without their early season best player Hampus & Sway getting into Shape

Remember they are unsoftening themselves after Monty all but sabotaged this group

Bruins if playoffs start today are 3 seed opening on road at Florida

Why those 2 blown games last week v Vancouver & Pitt hurt. Those 4 points put first in division before Leafs games in hand

Healthy H Lindholm, Pasta & Swayman back to expected level they likely win division- but not sure they need that pressure

3rd Period was probably one of the best periods TFred played this season. That ain't saying much.

Pasta - whatever the ailment(s) are, will rest help? If so, give it to him.

Not enough speed on special teams and weaknesses on the PK and PP will likely cost this team a Top 3 playoff position.

Busy time of year/season, looked like tired legs.

A shocking number of redundant parts that all will struggle to put up 20+ points this year.

Yes, fitting win. Ending with a Redwing player desperately trying to draw a call.. instead of trying... you know, in general... Cost them they extra point. I would be livid if that off-side goal were called back.

For the Bruins. They were fortunate. No doubt.

For Marchand, I wonder at what point do you take him off the PK? I know it's probably something he has pride in, but he's one of your 2 or 3 top-6 forwards. Dunno. Just seeing he played over 23 minutes tonight and thinking that aint right.

Marc McLaughlin following in the footsteps of Patrick Brown. I liked Viel in his short stint. At least he understood he wasn't brought in to be a scorer...

Always happy for a win because with these guys you just don’t know. I will say that it is kind of a bummer watching them play even with shitty teams.
