Chicken's are generally fattier than Turkeys, but I'd say you're probably right. I use the Ramsay recipe for Christmas Turkey and it always turns out delicious. The breast meat is also juicy.

Will take a look but rarely do a turkey these days. With the chook, don’t need to push butter around to thigh / leg, although you can. Just focus on the breast. Butter makes it better.
