I just said the same thing to a buddy of mine. Goodrow one the ice for the last 2 minutes and vesey on the top line. How do we know this doesn’t make any sense but “professional” coaches don’t?

They did. Not blaming them. They've been demoralized by the way they've been used. But both were really really bad tonight. Kakko stopped moving his legs about 10 games ago. And he refuses to. He could not have looked more disengaged tonight.
