Yes, for sure but that doesn't imply soon. Many GM's (not just Staios) are convinced if not enamored with the merits of their decisions, past and go forward. This past summer was a point where, although we acknowledge he inherited a mess, the team transitioned to mostly his by virtue of his numerous changes. Takes a hell of a lot of convincing to admit something may not be working, for outcomes (reality) to overtake expectations (hope/desire). Quite understandable really.
Not convinced changes will happen quickly given all we hear preached at press conferences is "patience", "consistency" and "we believe" comments. This does not mean management truly believes this 100%, but it is what is being sold. Much more could be happening behind the scenes, but few people who manage anything are among the very first to give up on a decision, a plan, admit something may not have been the best decision. Unfortunately things often have to progress to dire before there is sufficient motivation for change. Everone's definition of what constitutes dire varies like the weather.
