Things are so bad, I'm actually here for the VK spot start where he goes off and makes us all believe. This team has put me through the ringer smh.

Such an unlikeable team that I could care less if they win. They don’t care why should I ?

So GG again decided to start Halak in 2 out of 3 games? I don’t f***ing get this.

And I know someone here is going to say “iT’s nOt GaLlAnT’s cAlL.” Yes it is his call. He’s the head coach.

Start Shesterkin today and one of Friday and Saturday. Simple stuff.

If Halak must start today, then give Shesterkin the back to back.

I know. I knew I saw something "very similar" somewhere else. Turns out it was in another thread, I think. Like you said, we have nothing to lose. Right now, I would be even more drastic than that. When that experiment ends, I would (if the top 6 isn't producing admirably) then drop both, and place the kids as #1 line, and if not for anything else.....Would be very intriguing, and who knows? Maybe they accept the challenge and flourish.
And maybe, just maybe top6 gets the message. Some of them are prob 3rd liners anyway.
I know, I know. I am in LaLa land.

Kind of hard to do when you give your backup a one year deal with a full no movement clause. Can't imagine what led to that piece of stupidity.

Saw this somewhere:

Halak is now 0-5-1, with just 1 out of a possible 12 points in the games he's played

Meanwhile at the other end the Rangers have scored just 7 goals in those 6 games, with totals of 1, 1, 0, 2(OT),1 and 2.

Reminds me of Henrik's early days.

Buddy we on that same wavelength - gimme that kid line if they're gunna get 18+ mins and also also PP1 time. I'm in that same lala land because I want both our PP units changed up too. :D

Some goalies needs to see rubber to find their game and Igor can be like too, but I think rn he's so lost and needs to find his game in practice with less pressure. Smile and relax a bit on the bench and take it in. He's clearly beating himself up with these softies he's been giving up. We lose by 1 too often with 1-2 softies and then 1-2 questionables as well, aka we definitely should have gotten at least a point against the vaunted NJ Devils. He seems like a guy who can't shake these losses off when he plays a large role in them.
